In the event you are running late please notify us as soon as possible, if you are running 10 minutes late or more please be aware we may not be able to carry out your treatment so as not to inconvenience the following clients. We reserve the right to charge for the full treatment cost.

Please disclose any medical conditions/or Allergies or pregnancy prior to treatment (Preferably when booking so we can advise in advance if the treatment will be suitable)Please also keep us updated with any changes in your medical details.

Please not we require 48hours for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment please ensure you kindly give 48 hours notice. Should you cancel with less than 48 hours notice a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply. You can cancel or change your booking online in My Booking History up to 48 hours in advance of your visit with no extra charge. If you don’t show to your appointment you will be charged the full amount.
